In the Same way that the liberals have declared that it is o.k. for Judges at all levels to legislate from the bench they have now attempted to have the nominee once declared a good compromise to legislate from his position as Attorney General that Water Boarding is illegal.
All I can Say is tsk tsk. Why is it that they can't do it themselves? Are they simply too busy avoiding all of the Budgetary Bills that are necessary for the operation of the Government to do something so utterly simple as to have some debate and decide what is legal and what is legal and under what circumstance each type of interrogation can or should be used. Is this too complex? I think not. Given that our Tax Code is 17 times as long as the Bible it should be a snap to whip up a little do/ don't do list.

The Bush Administration has decided that despite the fact that the Pentagon, Congress and Senate all agree that we in the military deserve a raise at the beginning of next year to keep up with inflation and the civilian job market that it's not really that important this year. Talk about a kick in Pants. I'm glad that I don't work in the Pentagon otherwise at this rate I would have to wear a Jock Cup to work everyday.
